A beautiful apartment project near Mumbai with all amenities for the perfect rest at a weekend home.
Our Task Was
Builder has asked us to do the corrections in the layout of the well-planned project. Since the project was not yet commenced, there were good chances to implement project Vastu.

Vastu findings & immediate implementations
A site plan was already done by the architect, our job was to place all vastu elements in a proper directions.
- A center part of the project was found to open to the sky (brahmasthan).
- Our team has marked all important placements like water body, swimming pool, powerhouse, garden & site office in the pre-design project.
- A positive entrance for the project has been marked.
- Since our job was to make a project Vastu compliant, we have not analyzed the individual planning like kitchen, bedroom, toilets, also entrance locations.
- Height, as well as the width of the plot boundary, has been marked on the plan.
- Follow a space purification and space clearing process before the commencement of the project.
Report
The entire layout has been divided according to the vastu grid & its directions.
- Shift construction worker quarters from the northeast to the southeast zone.
- Make a compound wall before starting construction work.
- Dig a borewell or underground tank, which is the first thing after covering the plot with the boundary
- Place a temporary power station in the fire zone.
- Start construction work from the South-west.
- Avoid keeping construction material towards the northeast. Because this will delay a project.
- Use lead metal in joints while making a south-west wall.
- Provide slope immediately towards the northeast for speedy progress in the project.
